PRIVACY & DEMO DATA
Your visit, explained.
This page describes how the LUME concept store uses information during a demo.
Your conversation and bag
A browser session cookie keeps your saved messages and demo bag associated with this visit. Typed messages and live conversation transcripts are stored by the site so you can return to them. Uploaded files and sample email-specification requests are also saved by the site.
Use Clear history in Norby’s conversation controls to remove the saved conversation. This does not empty your bag or delete uploaded files. Avoid entering sensitive information when testing.
Live voice
Starting a live call asks for microphone permission and connects to OpenAI. Audio and current public LUME page context are used to support the conversation. The site does not maintain a separate audio-recording feature; it saves conversation text. You can mute the microphone or end the call at any time.
Local preferences
The light or dark theme and Norby appearance preferences are remembered in browser storage. Clearing your browser’s site data resets those local preferences and the session cookie, but does not itself delete server-stored data.
Demo limits
Checkout never asks for card details. A specification email request is stored as a demonstration and sends no email. Uploaded images remain attachments; image analysis is not active. This explanatory page is for the concept store and should be replaced with the operator’s complete privacy notice before a commercial launch.
